- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure data architecture aligns with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable ETL processes to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and best practices for data storage and retrieval.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data workflows to improve performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques to support hybrid data environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
