Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager Service Delivery to lead and govern large-scale Network Security and Security Operations Center (SOC) services. This role is responsible for end to end service delivery, operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial governance, and team leadership across enterprise and managed security environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Service Delivery and Operations Leadership
- Own end-to-end service delivery for Network Security and SOC services, ensuring SLA/OLA adherence.
- Drive operational excellence, service stability, and continuous improvement across 24x7 operations.
- Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents, security events, and service risks.
- Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary senior interface for clients, security leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead service reviews, QBRs, and governance forums, presenting KPIs, risks, and improvement plans.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Network Security Delivery Oversight
- Provide leadership oversight for Network Security services, including:
- Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco)
- Secure Web Gateway, Proxy, ZTNA, VPN
- IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS protection
- Ensure secure design, implementation, and operations aligned to security standards.
- SOC & Threat Operations Oversight
- Lead delivery of SOC services including:
- SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic)
- SOAR and automation
- Incident response, threat monitoring, and alert triage
- Threat intelligence, use-case development, and tuning
- Ensure SOC maturity aligned with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and industry best practices.
- People and Capability Management
- Lead and mentor SOC Managers, Network Security Leads, and delivery teams.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and skill enhancement.
- Build high performing, globally distributed teams.
- Financial and Commercial Management
- Own P&L, cost optimization, and margin management for security services.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor spend.
- Support RFPs, proposals, solution shaping, and client transitions.
- Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Ensure services meet audit, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Drive risk management, control effectiveness, and remediation tracking.
- Establish and govern service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 14+ years of experience in Network Security and/or SOC operations, with 5 plus years in senior delivery or management roles.
- Strong leadership experience managing large-scale security operations and managed services.
- Deep understanding of:
- Network Security technologies and architectures
- SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and IR processes
- ITIL-based service delivery models
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and executive communication.
-Experience with managed security service providers (MSSP).
-Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ITIL, or vendor-specific security certifications.
-Exposure to Zero Trust, cloud security, and hybrid environments.
-Experience working in regulated industries.

-Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational rigor.
-Excellent people leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
