Summary:
As an Agentic AI Technology Support Engineer, you will operate in a fast-paced environment focused on supporting, monitoring, and enhancing AI-driven agentic systems. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve incidents and problems across AI agent workflows, integrations, and supporting business system components. You will ensure operational stability by managing change requests, maintaining knowledge articles, and collaborating closely with service management teams and external vendors to deliver reliable and scalable Agentic AI solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform independently on assigned tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Agentic AI solutions.
Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, technical reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
Analyze incidents and provide effective resolutions related to AI agents, workflows, and system integrations.
Support and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) to maintain stability and improve AI-driven services.
Assist in defining and improving operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability of Agentic AI platforms.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles to enable faster troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service management stakeholders.
Continuously upskill on emerging Agentic AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills
Strong proficiency in Agentic AI.
Experience working with AI-driven or autonomous systems and their operational support.
Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
Additional Information
Minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration or related Agentic AI implementations.
Role aligned to CL10, requiring hands-on ownership and independent execution.
Location: Bengaluru.
