- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Service Desk Management, Incident Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Experience in managing operational processes and ensuring system availability and performance.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure operations.
