Summary:
We are looking for a Manager-level Aviation Consulting professional with deep Airlines/Aviation domain expertise to join our Industry group. This role is ideal for a practitioner who combines strong client delivery credentials, product & business analysis leadership, and a passion for shaping go-to-market (GTM) offerings, thought leadership, and innovation across the aviation ecosystem.
The role sits at the intersection of business consulting, product ownership, and aviation technology transformation, working closely with airline and airport clients, internal technology teams, and sales leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Delivery & Consulting Leadership
- Lead end-to-end aviation transformation engagements for airlines and airports, owning outcomes from discovery to value realization
- Serve as Business Analyst / Product Owner / Business Architect, translating business strategy into target processes, operating models, and Agile delivery backlogs
- Partner with client stakeholders and solution architects to drive fit-for-purpose technology and operating model decisions
2. Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
- Own product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs for aviation digital platforms and core systems modernization
- Drive Agile / SAFe delivery with cross-functional engineering, QA, UX, and data teams
- Enable API-led, cloud-native, and data-driven solutions across airline and airport use cases
3. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Sales Support
- Act as aviation domain SME for pursuits, proposals, and client workshops
- Shape industry-led offerings, accelerators, and value propositions aligned to market demand
- Support account growth through solution storytelling and executive-level client conversations
4. Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Develop industry POVs and insights on airline retailing, operations, digital experience, and sustainability
- Create innovation assets, prototypes, and reusable frameworks to support client and GTM needs
- Contribute to blogs, whitepapers, and industry forums representing Accenture s aviation vision
Professional & Technical Skills:
Core Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Airlines / Aviation consulting or industry roles, including 3–5 years at Manager or equivalent level
- Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner / Product Manager, or Domain / Business Process Consultant in client-facing roles
- Deep understanding of airline and airport business processes, including passenger services, disruption management, retailing, and operations
- Proven experience delivering programs using Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies and working with senior client stakeholders
Aviation Technology & Digital Expertise:
- Experience with airline platforms and industry standards, such as PSS, Amadeus (Alt a / APIs), IATA NDC and One Order
- Strong grasp of API-led integration, digital platforms, and cloud-based aviation ecosystems
- Exposure to data, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled use cases within airline or airport contexts
