Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring testing processes, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of software products. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in quality practices is a key aspect of the role.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to support efficient testing cycles.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify defects to ensure software quality.
- Familiarity with integrating automated testing within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
