Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering practices.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft components.
- Experience with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic considerations in engineering problem-solving.
- Familiarity with qualification and certification processes within the aerospace industry.
- Competence in using engineering tools and software to support design and analysis activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
