What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? Join our dynamic HR Solutions team as a Tier 1 Workday Transaction Analyst! You’ll be the first point of contact for Workday-related HR transactions, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing for our employees. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and have a knack for detail, this is the role for you. • Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.). • Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency. • Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions. • Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required. • Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits. • Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance. • Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects.
