This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning Operations.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures using Python.
- Experience with automation and orchestration of machine learning workflows and pipelines.
- Ability to optimize software performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Skilled in integrating machine learning models into production environments ensuring robustness and efficiency.
