- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery and team performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies and best practices.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting backup infrastructure in complex environments.
- Ability to design and implement data protection solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms and their integration with backup solutions.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of backup and replication processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeam Backup and Replication.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
