- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business impact.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Experience in incident detection, analysis, and response within complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of security event correlation and log management techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security monitoring tools and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with integrating SIEM solutions with various data sources and security technologies.
- Skilled in interpreting security alerts and providing actionable insights to prevent potential threats.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
