Job Summary
Collaborate with team leadership to shape the win strategy and key messaging for large, complex bids, coordinating experts across solutioning, proposal management, and pricing throughout the full sales lifecycle
Manage the pursuit milestone timeline and workplan across all workstreams, ensuring timely and compliant client submissions and presentations
Facilitate open and transparent communication across internal teams and client stakeholders to drive alignment, decision-making, and momentum toward the best outcome for both client and Accenture
Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes and tools, while supporting the onboarding and professional development of team members
Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the same role, experience in proposal management and structured bid processes, preferably in multinational or large-scale environments
Familiarity with sales enablement concepts such as deal qualification, competitive positioning, or financial modeling; knowledge of outsourcing, system integration, cloud, or technology services is a plus
Excellent communication, team-building skills and stakeholder engagement skills, ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team, collaborating across different countries
Degree and fluency in English (written and spoken)
