Job Description Summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience across core utility processes. The role involves working closely with clients to design, configure, and implement Oracle CC&B solutions across customer management, billing, metering, and collections domains.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Information & Account Management:
- Design and implement customer, account, premise, and service agreement processes
- Configure move-in / move-out workflows
- Gather and document business requirements

Billing & Rate Management:
- Configure billing, rate structures, and bill determinants
- Handle complex billing scenarios including proration and adjustments
- Support SIT and UAT testing

Metering & Usage Integration:
- Integrate CC&B with Meter Data Management systems
- Configure usage transactions and service points
- Ensure accurate consumption processing

Payments, Collections & Financials:
- Configure payment processing and accounting rules
- Implement collections strategies and dunning processes
- Support integrations with ERP and payment systems

Implementation Experience

- Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Exposure to OUAF components and integration with MDM/ERP systems

Basic Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong understanding of utility business processes
- Ability to support testing and deployment activities

Preferred Qualifications

- Utilities domain experience (Electricity, Water, Gas)
- Exposure to C2M or migration programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills

Professional Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and client engagement
- Ability to work in global teams

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- MBA preferred
