What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
What are we looking for? As an International Payroll Specialist, you will take full ownership of the daily end-to-end payroll operations for a portfolio of countries across the APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions. You will act as the primary point of contact for payroll vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our global workforce is paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local statutory requirements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in internati •HCM Systems: Experience with Workday HCM or Oracle HCM. ? ERP & Finance: Proficiency in Oracle R12 or similar enterprise accounting software. ? Ticketing: Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA for task and query management. ? Productivity Suites: Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive). ? Payroll Platforms: Direct experience with ADP, Neeyamo, CloudPay (CGC), UKG, or Immedis
Roles and Responsibilities: •Full-Cycle Payroll Management ? End-to-End Processing: Manage the complete daily payroll cycle for assigned international entities, including data collection, preparation, and validation. ? Lifecycle Changes: Process employee starters and leavers in strict accordance with local labor laws and country-specific regulations. ? Variable Compensation & Benefits: Administer global compensation, insured benefits, perks, and unique country-specific employee benefit programs. ? Disbursement & Funding: Initiate net pay processing through various banking platforms and ensure the timely settlement of salaries, social security, and tax Obligations. •Compliance & Reporting ? Statutory Filings: Oversee periodical country-specific payroll reporting and ensure all statutory filings are submitted accurately and on time. ? Audit Support: Maintain rigorous internal controls, support year-end activities, and serve as a primary contact for payroll compliance audits. ? Financial Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of all payroll-related General Ledger (GL) accounts and provide accurate payroll journals to the Finance team •Stakeholder & Vendor Management ? Vendor Relations: Maintain high-performing relationships with payroll data providers and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and precise transaction handling. ? Employee Experience: Resolve employee payroll queries within agreed SLAs, providing exceptional service and clarity on complex pay issues. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline processes and close out monthly payroll queries efficient •Required Qualifications ? Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ? Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years of professional experience in International Payroll. ? Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of global end-to-end payroll processing requirements and statutory compliance. ? Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong payroll administration capabilities. ?
