Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations effectively support business objectives is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Ability to manage and drive discussions around customer journey and transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with functional and application design processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions in complex integration scenarios.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
