Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering software engineering solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully balancing the practical aspects of technical implementation with the original design vision. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the user interface is both intuitive and effective, contributing to the creation of seamless and engaging digital interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align prototype development with project goals and user needs.
- Facilitate communication between design and development teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and interactive prototyping tools.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to translate complex design requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to assess technical feasibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
