In Public Service Strategy & Consulting, we partner with governors, cabinet secretaries, agency commissioners, mayors, city and county leaders, university presidents, and nonprofit executives across Tennessee to reimagine how public institutions deliver value to the communities they serve. The Work:
Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.
People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries.
The Public Service Manager is experienced delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome improvements. The manager will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.
Ability to travel 75%+.
Location: Based in Nashville, TN
Here’s What You Need:
A minimum of 5 years of high value consulting experience
A minimum of 5 years of public service experience
Bonus Points If:
You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
Prior experience with government finance and budgeting
Experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
Experience working with c-level client executives
Large-scale delivery experience with minimal help
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
