Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous oversight of project progress to meet organizational goals effectively. The engineer plays a pivotal role in aligning technical efforts with business objectives, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to specification.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Experience with monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning to maintain system health.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient systems that support continuous delivery and integration.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages to automate operational tasks.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
