What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring delivery against hiring targets, quality standards and timelines;

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume technology roles, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience;

• Act as the main point of escalation for complex hiring needs, stakeholder alignment and process challenges;

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies;

• Oversee and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment with best practices;

• Manage team performance, including coaching, development and continuous feedback to recruiters;

• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g. time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) to drive data-driven decisions;

• Ensure effective use of recruitment systems and tools across the team;

• Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies for technology profiles;

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards across all recruitment activities;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, onboarding, operations) to ensure a smooth hiring process and candidate journey.

What You'll Bring

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable field

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on technology roles;

• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivering in high-volume environments;

• Strong understanding of tech profiles (e.g. Software Engineering, Data, SAP) and market dynamics;

• Experience using recruitment systems and tools in a professional environment;

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed;

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments;

• Professional English C1 level (spoken and written – mandatory);

• Strong collaboration skills within distributed and cross‑functional teams;

• Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability;

• Structured approach to problem solving and decision making;

• Ability to prioritize workload efficiently in a dynamic environment.
