- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios between SAP Successfactors and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in integration landscapes effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration processes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
