Accenture, to support the strong growth in Czech Republic, is looking for Junior Manual Tester willing to work on exciting projects for the best global and local companies. We are searching for the best candidates on the market to work with us and our clients.

As a Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual), you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior. Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Manual Testing is required.

Advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Testing is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Application Quality Analysis and Quality Control (QC) is suggested.

What you will do:

• Develop comprehensive test scenarios that cover functional and non-functional requirements to enhance test coverage.
• Analyze test results to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing progress and quality status effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools within the team.
• Support the evaluation of new testing techniques and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Czech or Slovak (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in systems: Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Selenium and other automation tools.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript and/or Python
• Basic knowledge of data exchange formats (XML, JSON) and RESTful Web services standards, including OAuth authorization standards and the Page Object Pattern design pattern.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, along with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of JMeter for performance testing and Appium for mobile device testing.
• Familiarity with other dedicated automation testing frameworks.
• Expertise in best testing practices validated by ISTQB certification.
