As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring smooth execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively engages with multiple stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project objectives, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and time zones to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain adherence to schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project control methodologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and resource management techniques.
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation within project environments.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to track progress and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective collaboration across teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
