We are seeking a Service & Interaction Design Specialist with a strong track record in delivering intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role requires expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance usability and drive engagement across digital products.

The ideal candidate brings a solid background in design disciplines and research, combined with hands-on experience applying Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, and problem-solving frameworks. They are comfortable synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable design artifacts such as user journeys and interaction flows.

This role also requires strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively convey design intent across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in mentoring talent, fostering design excellence, and managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI strategy and execution across digital products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals

  • Communicate design concepts, decisions, and intent effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Translate complex requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

  • Guide and oversee user research activities to inform design decisions

  • Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across experiences

  • Apply Design Thinking, Agile principles, and structured problem-solving approaches to design challenges

  • Ensure high-quality, accessible, and mobile-first design outputs

  • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders

  • Mentor and coach junior designers, promoting continuous learning and design excellence

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, User Research or similar.

  • Advanced English.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX, Interaction, and UI work.

  • Preferred experience in Pharma y/o Life Sciences.

  • Respectfully critiques team members design in terms of fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout, balance, etc.) and universal interaction principles.

  • Design fundamentals; solid typography, composition and obsessive attention to detail.

  • Project management experience, familiarity with Agile work cycles, Waterfall and/or other methodologies.

  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools

Possible Academic Background

Graphics Design/Digital Animation Degree or related fields from an accredited university.

Experience in Graphics Arts industry (Design or Photo Studio/Agency environment) or similar background.
