As a Custom Software Engineer with experience of 6 – 10 years, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices-based applications.
- Backend : Java microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring data, JMS, JSP, MultiThreading, GWT, WebServices
- UI : HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Angular JS
- Database : SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Sybase
- Web & App Server : Tomcat, JBoss
- OS : Unix, RHEL
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture principles.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools to support lightweight deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in a microservices environment.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration techniques.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
