Project Role : Process & Manufacturing Engineer
Project Role Description : Design and optimize chemical, thermal, and/or mechanical industrial processes from concept through commissioning, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Specify equipment, conduct risk assessments, and resolve process issues, while scaling and improving manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality standards to enable reliable, cost-effective production aligned with project objectives.

Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that may include chemical, thermal, or mechanical systems. The role encompasses overseeing the entire lifecycle of these processes from initial concept development to final commissioning. This includes ensuring that operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards. The engineer works on specifying appropriate equipment, performing thorough risk assessments, and addressing any process-related challenges that arise. Additionally, the role involves enhancing manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality benchmarks to support consistent, cost-effective production that meets project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Document process changes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve process performance.
- Ability to conduct detailed risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Experience in specifying and managing industrial equipment relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with process optimization techniques and quality control methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and report findings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
