As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ERP solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
