Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and continuously refining applications to ensure they align with evolving business goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality software products that support organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software design specifications and user manuals.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for enhanced performance.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
