Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend processes. The role requires actively engaging in creating innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates across teams to address complex business challenges and deliver high-quality software products that meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality of software releases.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database design, development, and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of cloud computing principles and deployment models.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
