Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and robust software outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business priorities.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in R Language and Environment.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
