This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the progress and success of multiple projects simultaneously.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing effective solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps.
