Are you a university student eager to step into the world of international project management — not as a bystander, but as a key contributor? We're looking for driven, detail-oriented students to join our Project Management team in Budapest and become the right hand of experienced Project & Delivery Managers on real, high-impact projects.

What You'll Actually Do

• Own the reporting engine — generate standard and custom project reports that drive decisions at every level
• Keep complex projects on track — manage workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using MS Project
• Drive project finances & metrics — support budget management and deliver meaningful performance insights
• Help shape how we work — contribute to implementing Accenture's globally recognized project management methodology
• Facilitate meetings — coordinate and run internal and external sessions with confidence
• Connect the dots — monitor cross-team dependencies and proactively propose improvements
• Manage resources — help organize and optimize how people and capacity are allocated across projects

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in university or college studies
• Fluent in Hungarian, in English (German is a strong plus)
• Available for minimum 20–25 hours/week
• A proactive problem-solver
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and structure
• Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bonus points for experience with MS Project, SharePoint, or Power BI
