- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Life Cycle Management.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to evaluate and implement performance optimization techniques in custom software solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-team collaboration to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a timely and effective manner.
