Project Role : Data Governance Practitioner
Project Role Description : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. As a Data Governance Practitioner, a typical day involves establishing and enforcing data governance policies that uphold the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate data governance risks and challenges.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote data governance best practices.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in defining and implementing data quality standards and metrics.
- Ability to work with data management tools and platforms to monitor data compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills related to data stewardship and governance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
