Program/Project Management Lead (Operational Technology (OT))

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Operational Technology (OT) to lead the delivery and growth of industrial automation and digital transformation initiatives across asset-intensive industries (e.g. mining, utilities, oil & gas, chemicals).
This role builds on deep expertise in industrial automation, control systems, and OT architectures, while expanding into client account growth, solution shaping, and business leadership. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and commercial strategy, driving measurable outcomes for clients while contributing to Accenture’s OT practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
OT & Industrial Automation Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of OT and industrial automation programs, including:
SCADA, DCS, PLC, and MES implementations
ISA-95 aligned architectures and IT/OT integration
Real-time data platforms (e.g., historian, PI, edge computing
Define and govern OT architectures, cybersecurity principles, and integration patterns
Oversee system design, implementation, commissioning, and stabilization
Ensure alignment with industry standards (ISA-95, IEC 62443, etc.)
Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams across engineering, IT, and data domains
More than 15 years of demonstrable experience in the topics outlined.
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
