The role also involves defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation and continuous improvement throughout the process lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end business function solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges within business functions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and influence decision-making.
