Technical Architect
Experience: 8+ years
Responsibilities
Design the overall system architecture for data ingestion, processing, storage, and visualization
Define technology stack, integration patterns, and scalability strategies
Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of the platform
Guide engineering teams on best practices and architectural decisions
Conduct code and design reviews, and mentor senior engineers
(AND/OR)
Design and own the end-to-end architecture of a modular, microservices-based SaaS platform.
Define and implement a multi-cloud strategy (AWS + Azure + GCP) with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
Architect and integrate LLM-based features such as:
Automated feedback summarization
Campaign content generation
Workflow decision support
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Ensure security, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and performance across all services.
Evaluate and integrate open-source tools (e.g., Camunda, OpenBoxes) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).

Skills & Experience
8+ years in software architecture and backend engineering
Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design
Proficiency in Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)
Experience with time-series databases, stream processing, and API design
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
(AND/OR)
Proven experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first development
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices.
Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and prompt engineering
Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, n8n) and logistics systems (e.g., OpenBoxes)
Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks

- Strong understanding of system architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models.
