As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across multiple teams and adapting to evolving project needs to drive overall success.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure projects meet defined goals and deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Avanade Scrum Project Management.
- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects efficiently.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within project lifecycles.
- Ability to utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and report status.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
