As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate the quality of engagements. This role requires actively shaping strategies for both the organization and clients by integrating emerging concepts and fostering trusted advisory relationships. The professional collaborates closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze complex scenarios, and guide the implementation of best practice business transformations. The position demands a dynamic balance of technical insight, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive impactful outcomes and enhance the organization's reputation in the marketplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business process improvements.
- Ability to analyze complex client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced settings.
