This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple cross functional and technical teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending actionable solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that impact multiple teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM), Phase Based Maintenance, Calibration Process, S/4 Fiori Apps, Good understanding on RICEFW
- Good to have skills: SSAM (Service and Asset Manager), JIRA, SOLMAN, ALM Tool.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and design.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to facilitate consensus and decision-making.
