- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application configurations and design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and iterative development methodologies.
- Experience in coordinating with diverse teams to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively within an Agile framework.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange among stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
