This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP landscapes.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
- Understanding of security concepts and user administration in SAP Basis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
