Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and transformations.
- Ability to optimize data processing for performance and scalability within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with data quality management and error handling techniques in data services.
- Experience working with relational databases and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
