What would you do? We are seeking an experienced Customer Master Data Analyst to manage and govern customer master data across global systems. The role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, compliance, process standardization, and continuous improvements in line with business and SOX requirements. Create, update, and maintain customer master data in ERP systems (SAP/MDG or equivalent) Perform periodic audits and data quality reviews to identify errors and inconsistencies Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and cycle time reduction Support BOT/RPA initiatives, workflow improvements, and dashboard reporting Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejections and errors Generate and analyze reports for volume, quality, turnaround time, and rejection trends Provide insights and recommendations for process optimization
