As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex data models and ETL processes.
- Ability to optimize data flows and improve system performance.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database and related tools for data integration and reporting.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within data management environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
