This role requires managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with delivery objectives within a globally distributed environment. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and supports the successful execution of project goals through diligent monitoring and control activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure project milestones are met effectively. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices. - Monitor project deliverables and timelines to proactively address potential risks and challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Strong capability in managing project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and generate reports. - Excellent analytical skills to assess project performance and recommend corrective actions. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaborative working relationships. - Skilled in interpreting project data to support decision-making and optimize delivery outcomes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
