About the Role

Accenture’s Financial Services Practice is expanding its Treasury transformation capabilities and is seeking motivated Consultants and Managers to help deliver the next generation of digital treasury solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in treasury operations, treasury consulting, financial technology, or enterprise treasury systems who are passionate about innovation, modernization, and the evolving future of finance.

You will support complex treasury transformation initiatives across strategy, technology implementation, process optimization, data & analytics, and emerging capabilities including AI enablement and digital asset innovation. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, alliance partners, and cross-functional Accenture teams to help clients modernize treasury operations and improve decision-making.

What You Will Do

  • Support treasury transformation initiatives across strategy, solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live activities

  • Assist clients with treasury operating model modernization, process improvement, and technology adoption

  • Contribute to projects focused on cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments modernization, and treasury analytics

  • Support AI-enabled use cases across forecasting, reporting, workflow automation, and treasury data management

  • Participate in innovation initiatives involving digital assets, stablecoins, real-time payments, and emerging treasury technologies

  • Collaborate with senior consultants, client stakeholders, and alliance partners to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Support proposal development, thought leadership, client workshops, and internal capability-building initiatives

  • Help analyze treasury data, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend scalable technology-enabled solutions

    Preferred Treasury & Technology Experience

    • Treasury operations, cash management, liquidity forecasting, or payments

    • Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or treasury technology implementation/support

    • Financial data analysis, reporting, or treasury analytics

    • Bank connectivity, SWIFT, APIs, and treasury integrations

    • Digital payments, real-time payments, or digital asset ecosystems

    • Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven finance transformation initiatives

    • Experience within consulting, corporate treasury, fintech, banking, or treasury software environments

    Who You Are

    • Someone who enjoys learning new technologies, processes, and treasury innovation trends

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MSF, or equivalent advanced degree preferred

    • 3+ years of experience in treasury, treasury consulting, financial technology, banking, fintech, or related transformation roles

    • Experience within consulting, corporate treasury, or treasury technology environments preferred

    • Hands-on exposure to Treasury Management Systems or treasury-related technology platforms preferred

    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

    • CTP certification preferred

    • Ability to travel as required for client delivery and business development activities
