THE WORK:
- You'll identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment between all project stakeholders.
- You'll be accountable for managing overall project delivery.
- You'll be responsible for project budget through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies.
- You'll participate in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise.
- You'll maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Client’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof.
- You'll develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives.
- You'll monitor the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with the client and with available programs.
- You'll promote positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived.
- You'll maintain a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred. OR additional four (4) years of related experience
- 5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience
- 15+ years of project management experience
- Minimum of two successful data center construction projects
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience on projects under design and/or construction
- Shown acumen for managing people
- Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP
- Experience commissioning hyperscale and / or colocation data centers
- Flexibility to travel to work location
- Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient design practices
