Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Manage execution of global demand to factories, ensuring that availability performance is in line with the company availability targets. Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with customer requirements, supplier capabilities to service global demand. Work across functions to drive risk mitigation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute level loading plans in collaboration with Sourcing to ensure optimal use of factory capacity and capabilities with the objective to achieve relevant KPI
• Support creation of Global availability projections and development of the plans through analytics and insights
• Oversee distribution/arbitration of capacity within Liaison Offices/factory groups considering different requirements per supply model
• Manage critical products and technologies as well as events to support business needs and resolve constraints. Ensure that the appropriate production/allocation strategy is communicated to stakeholders and executed to plan
• Maintain and govern Global planning policies, framework, processes, parameter, and reporting
• Support projects as required and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
• Actively manage and coach team, setting objectives, providing feedback and supporting personal growth and development

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
• 5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
• Leadership experience is a plus
