PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Play a critical role to work with Buying, In-season Trading (IST) and Ops on Own Retail Full Price stores product planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly products sell through performance review & insights by regional and store type.
  • Manage and execute improvement action plan together with IST/Buying and Regional Ops.
  • Monthly inline initial allocation plan review and feedback with IST/Buying.
  • Weekly drop and stock on hand planning and channel stock balance based on sell through performance.
  • Seasonal buying review with BU and Buyer for full price channel.
  • Mark-down% and price study with seasonal promotion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organized, logic, strategic thinking on Product
  • Strong business acumen and analytic skills

  • Product Management or Merchandising experience is a must
  • Communication and presentation skills

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product / buying function, ideally in apparel/fashion design/shoes and minimum 3 years working experience in retail operations.
  • Strong business analysis - understanding and interpreting data. Putting data/analysis/tools in a structured, easy-to-use format (i.e. Power BI).
  • Experience in cross-function collaboration to routinely review and deliver result.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
