Play a critical role to work with Buying, In-season Trading (IST) and Ops on Own Retail Full Price stores product planning and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly products sell through performance review & insights by regional and store type.
- Manage and execute improvement action plan together with IST/Buying and Regional Ops.
- Monthly inline initial allocation plan review and feedback with IST/Buying.
- Weekly drop and stock on hand planning and channel stock balance based on sell through performance.
- Seasonal buying review with BU and Buyer for full price channel.
- Mark-down% and price study with seasonal promotion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong organized, logic, strategic thinking on Product
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills
- Solid retail operation know how
- Cross-function collaboration and influencing skill
- Product Management or Merchandising experience is a must
- Communication and presentation skills
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product / buying function, ideally in apparel/fashion design/shoes and minimum 3 years working experience in retail operations.
- Strong business analysis - understanding and interpreting data. Putting data/analysis/tools in a structured, easy-to-use format (i.e. Power BI).
- Experience in cross-function collaboration to routinely review and deliver result.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
