Drive category business success and execution within guidelines set by local Marketing Operations. Support the Concept To Consumer (CTC) leads and cross-category CTC team in the transition period for development and management of their cluster range and seasonal Go To Market (GTM) plans at key milestones and throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the briefing with local expertise to the CTC team and Business Unit (BU) CTC on needed articles, specific retailer needs such as Special Make Up's (SMU's) and other volume and image driving opportunities, local market trends, and business opportunities to maximize the category´s potential in the country.
- Support the preparation of the sell-in process including sales and marketing meeting presentations, Sell-in tools and relevant packages and exclusives. Support to Local Account Marketing team to make sure the other country areas understand the seasonal strategy, priorities, etc. for a successful sell-in.
- Provide Sub-Unit BU local forecast as category expert in each specific market.
- Maintain regular analytics on the sell-in and sell-out performance of the category to take timely corrective actions if needed.
- Provide any required scenario analysis related to the category and participate of 90-60-30 meetings to be fully on board on a Brand Activation perspective on status of the category and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the CTC Manager merchandising function in line with the In-season.
- Tracking and analysis of the season’s Big Tickets, Campaigns seasons, Prices, Competitor’s price, and Margins.
- Management of the In-season discount spreadsheet, creation and updating of the brand calendar and campaign file, control and updating of the SO and ST report in Power BI and Stock analysis to assist the CTC with actions to improve product turnover (mainly focused on Local Clubs).
- Updating arrival dates for the Hype Planner (Originals) and participation in the SMAL meetings to track the arrival of campaign products

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc.
Requisite Education and Experience & Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent required in related field as Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or similar
- 2 - 4 years of professional experience in Product or Category Management, supporting Sales Plans or Commercial analysis
- Previous experience in Retail or Consumer Goods Industry is very relevant for the role
- Strong communications & relationship management skills to work in a collaborative way with internal local and regional stakeholders, Category and Brand Managers, Sales Teams, Supply Chain Teams, between others.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and strong numerical analysis skills to identify and develop category and sales action plans that will guarantee a data driven mindset and decisions.
- Consolidated knowledge and experience wth PowerBI dashboards involving data analysis to serve ongoing business objectives, creating tangible, real action plans.
- Fluent in both Spanish (local) and English (global) both spoken and written.
